Pavlov Media is retiring old DNS Servers which your equipment appears to be using.

Computers and routers should be configuring their DNS settings automatically via DHCP. All devices using automatic configuration should already be using valid, current DNS servers. The only people who should be seeing this page are those using computers and/or routers which are using static DNS server configurations, or devices which have not been rebooted since the old DNS servers were retired.

If you are Corporate IT staff, and one of your offices has called you for assistance, please contact Pavlov Media Technical Support. (See below.)

If you are Property Staff and are seeing this in your office, please contact your corporate IT staff for assistance. If your office does not have Corporate IT support, please contact Pavlov Media Technical Support for assistance. (See below.)

If you are a resident and do not have a private router, please reboot your computer and try loading your web page again. If you have already rebooted and are still being redirected to this page, please contact Pavlov Media Technical Support for assistance. (See below.)

If you are a resident and are using a private router, please power-cycle that router (turn it off for 10 seconds, then turn it back on.) Wait for it to display its 'Internet' status, if it has one, then try reloading your web page again.

If rebooting your equipment does not resolve the problem, please check your configuration settings and verify that your interfaces are using automatically assigned DNS servers. If they are using static assignments, please change them to use automatic assignments instead.

If you are not a Pavlov Media customer, please contact your internet service provider for assistance.

If you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact Pavlov Media Techical Support at 888-472-8568. Our Help Desk is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist you. Tell the Support Agent that you were redirected to the stale DNS server page.
